- The partnership enhances unity, public testimony, and the defense of religious liberty across Europe.
Ukrainian evangelicals are now officially represented in the European Evangelical Alliance, following a unanimous decision after years of growing cooperation. This new membership strengthens bonds among believers and amplifies the Ukrainian witness for Christ throughout Europe.
Leadership from both organizations expressed joy and a sense of providence, affirming shared Christian mission and values amidst regional challenges. The alliance continues to advocate for religious freedom, encourages united prayer, and stands for faith-driven principles across nations.
“For Ukrainian Evangelical Protestant Churches, membership in the EEA is an important step in the development of international cooperation, shared witness and protection of religious freedom in Europe and the world,” CEPCU stated.
“They are excited to be a part of the EEA family and we are delighted to welcome them in,” said EEA co-general secretary Connie Duarte.
Now more than ever, Christian alliances working together remind us of the power of faith to bring hope, unity, and freedom in Europe and beyond. Stand with believers who are advancing the Gospel and defending Christian values on the global stage.
