  • Faiver Alejandro, a Venezuelan refugee, was baptized after reaching the U.S.
  • He overcame steep hardships, relying on faith to renew his life.
  • The Church of Christ community supported him during his struggle and spiritual journey.

Faiver Alejandro arrived in the United States from Venezuela after a journey marked by loss, danger, and sacrifice.

Despite facing immense hardships, he found hope and new life through faith in Christ, culminating in his baptism on January 4.

Lenin Munguia, Hispanic minister at Waterview Church of Christ, explained that when immigrants like Alejandro seek God in the U.S., they do so wholeheartedly, turning to Him with sincerity and commitment.

“He didn’t want to come to church because of material stuff.”

“He said, ‘You know, I have hit rock bottom in my life. I’ve never been this in need of God.'”

The support Alejandro received from fellow believers was rooted in God’s commandment to care for those in need, reflecting Christian compassion and unity.

Through Bible study and Christian fellowship, his faith deepened and his resolve grew to help his homeland and serve the Church faithfully.

Alejandro is dedicated to continuing his spiritual growth and looks forward to contributing to the church and his community.

He embodies the transformative power of God’s grace and the call to serve others in love and faithfulness.

Let Faiver’s testimony be a reminder of the power of faith, the importance of Christian fellowship, and the freedom found in surrendering to God’s will.

Stand firm in your walk and be a light to a world in need of hope.
