  • Most historians affirm the existence of Jesus and the historicity of His life and crucifixion.
  • Jesus claimed divine identity through His words, titles, and miracles.
  • The resurrection stands as the cornerstone of Christian faith, witnessed by hundreds.

Many see Jesus as a wise teacher, but Christians believe He is both fully God and fully man. Jesus exhibited human experiences while living a sinless life, defeating sin and death through His resurrection.

Historical accounts, such as those by Tacitus and Pliny the Younger, confirm Jesus as a real figure and underscore His profound impact.

Scripture describes Jesus using titles reserved for God, including ‘Lord’, ‘I AM’, and ‘God’, (John 10:30, John 14:6). These declarations, seen as blasphemous by some contemporaries, led to fierce opposition and His crucifixion.

“I and the Father are one” (John 10:30)

Jesus performed miracles like calming storms, forgiving sins, and raising the dead—acts affirming divine authority. He received worship and taught that prayer could be offered to Him, both clear signs of divinity in a biblical worldview.

The resurrection is central: without it, the Christian faith would collapse (1 Corinthians 15:14). Multiple testimonies and transformed lives attest to its truth.

“If Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith” (1 Corinthians 15:14)

C.S. Lewis explained that Jesus cannot simply be a good moral teacher. Each must decide if Jesus is Lord, liar, or lunatic based on the evidence before us.

Faith, freedom, and truth are born from accepting Christ’s divinity—a bedrock of hope for every believer. Let us stand firm in our faith and boldly share the good news of Jesus, true God and Savior, with our nation and our world.
