The Church of South India united believers from various Christian backgrounds to speak against rising hostility toward faith communities. Participants highlighted the erosion of rights and the vital need to safeguard India’s spiritual and constitutional principles.
General Secretary Adv. C. Fernandas Rathina Raja called for mutual respect among India’s diverse religious communities and for the protection of Christian observances.
Persecution in India takes many forms, such as intimidation, violence, and restrictive laws targeting Christians and other minorities. “No one has ever been punished or sanctioned for converting someone towards Hinduism.”
We must keep our brothers and sisters in India in prayer as they defend the freedom of faith. Upholding Biblical truth and unity is the foundation of a just and free society.
