  • Six evangelical Christians won seats in Argentina’s Congress for the first time.
  • Senator-elect Nadia Márquez emphasized her mission as a God-given calling, not personal ambition.
  • The new legislators are committed to defending life, family, and religious liberty.

Argentina’s legislative elections brought a new chapter for believers as six evangelical Christians prepare to serve in the National Congress, championing faith, family, and freedom at the heart of government.

This group, led by Pastor and lawyer Nadia Márquez from Neuquén, brings a values-based perspective to the legislative process, aiming to legislate with biblical wisdom and moral clarity.

“It is very different to build a political career than to enter politics as a missionary calling,” Márquez said. “I truly see it as a calling from God — and that is what strengthens me.”

President Javier Milei praised the election results as a moment of renewal for Argentina, highlighting the path ahead for important reforms in national policy.

Let us continue praying for Argentine leaders as they uphold biblical truth and work to secure freedom for families and future generations.
