Against a backdrop of widespread secularism, a diverse local congregation continued praising the Lord, sharing community, and meeting outreach needs despite limited facilities. Their perseverance led to the acquisition of Betheline, opening new doors for ministry and fellowship.
“Father, we are so grateful to be together and praise you in this place,” prayed missionary Craig Young.
The acquisition involved sacrificial giving from several missionary families and supporters. The new center stands as a beacon for evangelism, community programs, and a display of Christian hope amid cultural challenges.
Katie Young reflected, “God giving us this, it was more than we could ever imagine. I laughed at it really. I thought that it couldn’t be possible. But if it were to be possible, God would do all of it.”
“We came along at just the right time,” said Craig Young. “It’s God’s timing.”
