Judge Jerry Crosby II views his role as a service under God’s authority, ensuring that humility shapes every decision he makes in the courtroom. His faith influences his treatment of those before him, reminding him to show compassion and to remember that justice ultimately belongs to God.
“I understand the only person that’s the true judge of all things and of all of us is God. I want to make sure each and every day … I express that humility,” Crosby shared.
Jan Dockery felt a calling to serve her hometown, openly praying before entering politics and now blending faith into her leadership as mayor. She offers spiritual encouragement to everyone she meets, seeking to guide others toward Christlike leadership.
“I openly disclose that if you ask to see me … and come to my office, don’t say you’re going to leave without getting a piece of the Word with you,” Dockery said.
Roy Johnson, county commissioner and church elder, demonstrates how Christian values can equip believers to serve their neighbors and their country. He encourages young Christians to lead by example in their communities and churches, reflecting Christ through acts of service and patriotism.
“Do your part in city service. That was always embedded into our training — being patriotic, serving others, being Good Samaritans,” Johnson emphasized.
These leaders exemplify how faith, service, and love of neighbor can transform local government and inspire a nation rooted in Biblical values. Join us in praying for and supporting those who champion Christian principles in public service.
