Dutch Christian Soldiers Strengthen Faith Network
Faith Facts
- The Dutch Christian Military Encounter Circle (NCOK) aims to expand its ministry among the nation’s armed forces.
- NCOK supports Christian soldiers, sailors, airmen, and civilian colleagues within the Ministry of Defence, emphasizing visible faith and community since 1929.
- The network’s latest gathering reflected unity across generations and commands, with encouragement from Christian fellowship and worship.
The NCOK has faithfully served as a source of spiritual strength in the Dutch military for generations, helping believers share Christ’s love in every branch of service. As the numbers of personnel grow, the NCOK is deepening its mission to provide encouragement, worship, and support for Christian brothers and sisters in uniform across the Netherlands.
The recent gathering at Beukbergen estate showcased the blessings of Christian unity, with participants inspired to serve and support one another throughout their careers. Guided by scripture, the leaders continue to encourage outreach, meaningful discussion, and new ideas for future fellowship among all service members.
“Peace be with all of you who are one in Christ” (1 Peter 5:14).
“It was wonderful to worship together, talk about how we conduct ourselves as Christians in the military, encourage one another, and meet new fellow Christians,” shared NCOK leader Ruben Bosma.
As the NCOK explores how best to encourage faith in every corner of the armed forces, they remain dedicated to spreading the light of Christ in service to their country.
