Christian animation brings the gospel to Nigerian children in powerful new way
Faith Facts
- Children in Nigeria are encountering the gospel through a new animated film called Light of the World.
- The film presents the life of Jesus in a simple setting with cinder-block walls and a metal roof.
- Ministry leaders report that the children watching the film had a memorable and lasting encounter with the story of Christ.
In a simple room in Nigeria, children sat on a dirt floor watching the story of Jesus unfold on a screen.
The room had cinder-block walls and a metal roof.
There was nothing elaborate about the setting.
But as the children watched Light of the World, an animation retelling the life of Jesus, something happened that the ministry behind the film says it will not forget.
